We are looking for a team member with the title of “Sales Manager” within our corporation which is a leader and always innovative. Applications are welcomed for candidates with “leadership” skills to manage both Domestic and Export Sales Operations.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering,
• Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in Sales Department,
• Experienced in both domestic and export sales operations,
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English; and good command of one of French, Arabic or Russian languages,
• Strong interpersonal communication, presentation and reporting skills,
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills,
• Collaborative and presentable,
• Solution-oriented and capable of analytical thinking,
• Responsible, open to innovations,
• No restriction of travelling,

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Determine sales strategies considering the targets of our company,
• Conduct sales and budget estimations and taking actions accordingly,
• Perform market analyses and creating sales channels,
• Perform and following up risk analyses,
• Effectively manage and oversee the quoting process including preparing technical drawings and specifications,
• Be actively involved in meetings, trainings, presentations and business events with customers,
• Manage customer relationships and maintaining customer satisfaction,
• Take a proactive role in participation of domestic and international exhibitions,
• Analyze and report department data periodically,
• Manage and organize the team, measure goals and performances, and working through for developing.
