We are looking for talents to join us at our Airport Management Operation in Africa as a Duty-Free Chief with the following qualifications;

General Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Retail sector,
• Ability to maintain a positive work environment,
• Ability to work flexible hours as well as shifts,
• Strong organization and analytical skills,
• Exceptional customer service skills,
• Customer-oriented individual and an outstanding problem-solver,
• Good time management skills,
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, retail management software, POS),
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Planning and delegating work duties to the staff and ensuring that they work according to the compliance of the Duty-Free,
• Overseeing the staff for the smooth running of the Duty-Free,
• Training new employees as per their abilities and skills,
• Inspecting the products' stock counting,
• Professionally resolving customer complaints,
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with all the services provided to them,
• Preparing daily reports and presenting them to the higher management,
• Responsible for all aspects of store operations in the airport branch, including personnel, sales, cash and inventory management, visual merchandising, and store replenishment.
