ADORE OYUNCAK A.Ş. is one of the leading companies in the Turkish Toy Market and exclusive distributor of LEGO, Ravensburger, TOMY, MGAE (L.O.L Surprise, Miniverse, Na Na Na Surprise!), Revell, Sylvanian Families, Schleich, Bandai and Brio branded toys in Turkey is looking for a Marketing Intern. The candidate will have preferably the below skills and be located in the head Office in Maslak/Istanbul.

• 3rd or 4th year university student or fresh graduates from Business Administration or related fields from reputable universities
• Being proactive and demonstrate a positive attitude
• Good planning and priority setting
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Ability to work on multiple tasks
• Eager to learn through experience
• Willingness to seriously work in an enjoyable sector
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment,
• Fluency in English is a must
• Very good use of MS Office programs
• Able to work as full-time 2-3 days in a week

Job Description :

The successful candidate will be responsible of

• Assisting the team on formulating long term and short term strategy objectives and preparing incremental plans for marketing and brand building and executing those plans,
• Assisting the team on ensuring development and implementation of marketing mix elements in line with Business/ Marketing Plans. The elements would include: Promotional Plan (Consumer Promo, Trade Promo, Merchandising and other visibility initiatives), Media Planning, Packaging, Product Development,
• Following the competition in the market.
• Planning and preparing the POS materials in coordinating with Sales Department and keep track of execution,
• Organizing the dress-up of the sales outlets according to visual merchandising standards of our brands,
• Developing relationships with the relevant licensee agencies as well as other 3rd parties
• Defining consumer research needs, designing of researches, analysis of results & taking actions, developing strategies on research results,
• Assisting in product, category development.
